Hiring teams can now narrow down candidates more efficiently while reviewing applications:

• Filter candidates by:

  • Current salary

  • Expected salary range

  • City

• Freeze candidate name and status in the application table

• View a quick snapshot of your strengths for the role

• Scroll through candidate data while keeping key details visible for easier shortlisting.

🔥 Improvement: Customize and Control Rejection Emails

Recruiters now have full control over how rejection emails are sent to candidates.

• Enable or disable rejection emails anytime.

• Customize the email content based on company tone and communication style.

• Rejection emails are sent automatically after 24 hours of rejecting a candidate.

• If a candidate is moved out of the rejected stage within 24 hours, no rejection email will be sent.

🚀 New Feature: Send Resumes to Your Team Instantly

Teams can now collaborate more effectively during the hiring process.

• Share candidate profiles directly with team members.

• Ensure everyone has access to the same information for faster decision-making.

You can now:
